Title: i am 14 year old starting bmx racing with 2009 ripper got any tips?

practice, practice and more practice

but join a club and see if they have coaching sessions if your new to the sport  :daumenhoch:

Is there a recommended club in mid kent that can coach?

im into the bmx racing side of things, and have an SE PK Ripper XXLP and a floval flyer all 2009  :daumenhoch:

not sure on clubs down kent way

As Jai said, Practise is the key! and try and get down to your local track and do as much training as you can!! I would advise is Sprints...
