If its an old school crank then yes it will be 19mm diameter spindle with 48 splines
Profile do a NS crank that is 22mm though.

Profile started the 48 spline cranks, as that's how many they used when they made splined steering wheels

Profile do a mid-school crank that is 22mm though.
profile race (race arms- 19mm axle)
profile DJ (race arms-22mm axle)
