everything on it was/is nos, even the f+f, but had to have it re-sprayed in my favourite colour, pearl white.... :4_17_5:

only thing ive changed is it now has proper cheng shin tyres on it so looks as it came from a shop almost

I've had plenty of stick from my mates on here about not completing any builds earlier but I'm glad I've taken it steady and collected slowly over the last 4+ years , I've now got another 9 to do ( at this time ) at my own pace of which most I've the parts for already . I like some others like things to be as "right" as I can get them so I'm always researching/sourcing parts & the search is half the fun , the learning ( 70's BMX etc ) is real cool too . Thanks to everyone who's helped me source parts or provided info so far ;) .

Out of my first ever OS builds this is my fave:

Champion 20" early 80's ( 1st place in the OPC class on it's debut at RADBMX MK08 ) . This bike has some sympathetically restored parts , quite a bit of used and some used .

My other OS build completed for MK08 was a 1984 Redline PL20 , it was a kinda funky custom colour & will be re-done . I had had the F+F in a box for approx 12 months prior to MK08 and thought what the hell , it may as well get seen once like this before changing more to my taste now ( OG colours ) .

I hope 2009 will be a cool year for old school BMX in general , there are too many people moaning about the site etc in the last few months & maybe they should just leave if they feel that way . I even read recently that one of the biggest gloom mongers on here was thinking about building another bike :shocked: ::) :LolLolLolLol: .
