Well its not a Supergoose , because of the brake bridge
With it being an 81/82 , I put the prism style ones on mine which are correct
Is anyone going to verify JP Rebels frame as a normal Mongoose rather than a special Team one or something else identifiable from the serial

it's model was dependent on what spec it had. but other than the team, there was only one other frameset in 82. You can make a california special out of it. it's up to you really.

didn't the team have a T in the serial number? & i think the serials where stamped on the bottom of the bb rather than the box section on the team frames...i could be wrong as the later goose's are more my thing ;)

Cheers for the info guys,I have decided based on what you said to go with prism decals and base it on a red cali special but with red tuffs or Ogks instead of pro class rims.

Yep - I think that'll look sweet mate :smitten:
I can't see your forks in the pic but the california special would've had the team forks.
Reckon I'd go for tuffs over OGK's though - more goosey :daumenhoch:

Back on the topic of your decals mate as far as i'm concerned the correct decals for a non-supergoose, non-team standard mongoose made in 82 or 83 with a gusset would have the following decals :

....and the prismatic decals would be for supergoose or team models only. Just my opinion and i'm sure there is bound to be someone else who may disagree ;)
