Title: anyone "pro classed" theyre rims..

has this been done with any degree of success on a pair of standard rims without fooking them completely, not that hard surely?? :)

 :)  Seems to be quite a trend amongst new school freestyle kids,prob for "weight loss.One of the locals has done it on an old Sun rim with no probs so far...

If it's for a rider and you're not bothered about preserving the rims then sure why not.... but i've seen some araya rims over on BMXMUSEUM.COM in decent shape get butcherised with pro-class holes and i think they'd have been better left alone.
