as the man says....180 or 185 ;)
-
wo wo wo wo
185s tush
biggest to go is 180s as you will find the 185s hard to spin
i run 180s on a 20 but cruiser 175 to spin the gear better
just see how you gety on
i had an sr 24 and ran profile 180s but went back to 175s and found i span out the gate a lot better

I am running 175's on my cruiser as MADD DOGG says to spin. I have always tended to run the same length on both 20" and 24" as a rule of thumb.

Ben Forwood is probably the tallest rider in UK BMX at around 6ft 5". He got his E1, W4 and E4 plates on Profile 181mm cranks and his W2 on Shimano DXR 180mm cranks. Spin to win.
-
no, power through....longer crank more leverage, more push/torque....unless you got skinny legs, then spin to win
-
177mm Redline single pinches. :daumenhoch:

I run 145s on my Freeagent Limo 24 but its a long story........
-
well, now your gonna have to tell us the story..... cos i have a mental picture of the road runner pedaling like **** on your freeagent :LolLolLolLol:
my limo 24 has 180's and Haro 24" has 175's.....Haro don't feel right, Limo :smitten:
