Basically, CPSC is a new law/regulation that makes it so all toys have to get tested for lead in their paint. You are most likely thinking 'toys', bike are not toys. Well, the sad truth is that anything with the wheel diameter of 24" and under is certified a toy.

Hopefully that US law will get sorted so that BMX bikes get re-classified as sports equipment, etc.

Obama has already pledged to get rid of Guantanamo, so hopefully he'll get rid of other stupid laws and policies created by his predecessor as well.

Obama will be silly laws personified...the one I like is the tax he will be bringing in to screw farmers which will enforce them to pay a tax on cow farts,no joke :LolLolLolLol:
