I knew Cook Bros made some special stuff especially there seat clamps and hubs, but did they design the first new school style stem BITD or is this later than the early 80's?

I've got one of those - it's called a uni-clamp and yeh, ultra rare.  They fit a special set of cook bros forks with an extended steerer tube.
