well my Zeronine looks a bit like that
especially the rear drop outs

Could be a JAG but I am pretty sure Jag's had a small gusset at the front down tube connecting to the head tube.

got a pic of backend on that Zeronine and serial number ,also this has euro bb

looks like an 85 zeronine pro except the straight edge on the dropout leading edge, and euro bb.
