Will they be selling them in Toys R Us?
Clown bike of the highest order :2funny:
-
:wtf: :LolLolLolLol:
-
:wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf:
Makes me think of the Simpson's episode where Homer design's a car :LolLolLolLol:
-
i like it , well apart from the gay colour and sh1t decals . loving that crazy girder front end , bit like an old indian . but what do i know , i do have pretty weird taste :D :idiot2:
-
looks like the bike dale winton would use on stars in there eyes bat out of hell special
-
Now imagine it without VDC decals... would you even care to remove this kind of thing from the dump?
No disrespect intended to the Dixon man, but the freaky designs might have been funny in the 80's...
they look useless now
-
:LolLolLolLol:
Yep that's one POS! :2gunsfiring_v1:
looks like the bike dale winton would use on stars in there eyes bat out of hell special

He should have spent a bit more and done it in chrome and kept to the original VDC decals.
Tried a bit too hard woth the forks. They look weak as fook. :-\ That frame needs chunky forks to match the top and down tubes.
Looks like a case of 'A rushed project for a quick buck'. :-X
-
FOOK ME THAT'S UGLY!
is it me....or does it have 'chain tensioners' on the front forks? :idiot2:
-
Can't wait to see the VDC 3. :-\
-

they are to centre the wheel due to the pointless slotted vertical dropouts!
I think it's more like '25mins' in the making...
-
I can picture Voris now sat in his padded cell, straight jacket firmy fastened, crayon between toes sketching that bike. :idiot2:
-
That's a joke right...??????
I think he might go bankrupt again, if he's serious
-
At least he`s moving with the times...clamp on stem and no brake mounts. That thing is FUGLY!
-
would look ok in better colour or chrome , get rid of those fooking comedy forks and as Nick said replace em with some right chunky numbers plus better decals
-
I find it amazing that given VDC's heritage and good standing in the old school BMX community they'd come up with something like that.
Why not make a replica of the original frames with updated geometry and materials (OX, 853) and technology (threadless, v-brakes/990s, Euro/Mid BB)?
That would make more sense than that purple thing.
-
:2funny: :2funny:that purple thing :2funny: :2funny:
-
is it actually being produced? or is it just a prototype thang?
-

Mike, I think it is time you went to see Mr Dixon to show him how to design and make a quality, sexy looking BMX. :daumenhoch: :4_17_5:

Do you think anyone who thought forks like that were a good idea would listen to anyone? :LolLolLolLol:
Keep it simple. It ain't rocket science.

thats about as cool as a vindaloo

Prefer these myself.

i like it, but i like weird :D if the rear seat stays met the top tube properly, to open up the rear triangle, it would balance it out a tad, a few tweaks n it could look well querky, i quite like forks too, but wouldn't feel too confident about the strength of the middle drop out set up though. thinkin outside the box can only do good in the long run. decals are shite tho
what type of rear brake would ou need for it then?
That thick set up is awsome too :daumenhoch:
-
I agree with Diesel, its a joke right? :wtf:
-
I've seen those POS bikes around, taiwanese junk usually in chrome and called 'scorcher' or some such shite.....so it's gotta be a joke.
-
just for the doubters, this is for real. I spoke to Graham Merry at Hot Wheels yesterday and he said Voris had emailed him about this. I think if he'd have done it in a different colour and did some decent graphics, the reaction would have been way better.....
-
Thats the pits! Did Voris design it or Stevie Wonder ::) and whoever designed it, are they the brains behing the Barracuda bikes :-\
Not even rad graphics could make that pretty!
-
lost for words.
-
i want one :4_17_5:
-
He needs to put the handlebars back a bit!!
That might make it look a bit better!! :LolLolLolLol:
-
He needs to put the handlebars back a bit!!
He needs to be locked up for crimes against BMX.
-
drop outs , forks, colour, decals. :wtf: Should have asked us lot first! :D
-
:crazy2: i'm not too sure the rise on those 'bars' is quite high enough
-

He'd probably have ended up with a Raleigh Burner ::)
That changa's the same as a woman who looks like a bloke, you just don't wanna go there :crazy2:
Ray.
-
I have just had another good, close look at the fully built bike and I have changed my mind....
I really love the Wheels, tyres, cranks, pedals, seat, stem, grips and brakes :daumenhoch: ;)
-
apparently its in this video somewhere...

-
Well there's light at the end of the tunnel.......
At least everyone that owns an old VDC won't be concern about there's loosing value to a newschool reproduction.
-
Errrr....
-
does anybody have a good technique for getting puke out of clothes?
:2funny: :2funny: :2funny:
-
:LolLolLolLol: :LolLolLolLol: or keyboards? :-\
-
If Parma Violets made bikes......
GASH that is. ;D
-
Good tactic though with the complete bike... take the eye away from the fook ugly frame and forks by making the bars an abomination. :LolLolLolLol:
-
As usual the yanks are all creaming over it on BMX Musuem :2funny:
-

They done the same with the repro gen 1...horses for courses ;D

Well they have never been known for their style have they? There IS a reason why the Fashion capitals of the world are all in Europe......... We have taste. :LolLolLolLol:
-
I would love a go at building one , frame only as a starting point though, as the rest look like mobility accessories
-
I could get quite a few pairs of pants and socks on there for drying....... :2funny:
-
i have to say the colour and decals are not doing it any favours, but i kind of feel the same about that as i do about changa's and their brethren. never really liked any of those pierced headtube bikes, i like his other stuff, like the national pro etc...
-
does it look any better built up?
In a word.... no!
-
Seen them bars before........ ::)

Bars at that angle are usually a good indicator that the person who built it knows fook all about riding bikes.
