Title: Shotgun II Seats??
Post by: thebigdog on January 31, 2009, 04:39 PM: i have this blue shotgun II saddle.but its different to the ones i have had ,and seen? the graining and style on the top is different?
although both have the same stamping underneath(made by the same company)

yes both are made by Jaguar.

in the muesum rom bloke looks like he has one on one of his gen 1's? so im guessing they are ok ???

Why do you think it was chequered? I had a solid red Shotgun II in 1982/83, the same as that blue one... but red ;D

the fake one`s on bay were really noticeable that they were fake as flog one at mk

Post by: tigerbrown on February 01, 2009, 09:53 PM: that blue shot gun II is exactly the same as the one i had which came on a diamond back senior pro i got for xmas 1982... some parts were standard some werent.. think they must of been swapping parts in the shop or summit when it was bought... suppose my dad wouldnt of had a clue at the time... deffo same pattern dont worry
