Title: pad sets... whats the deal??

just wondering what the deal is with frame/bars padsets and racing laws i remember reading somthing a lil while ago that to race u had to have a padset is this true?

ither way i just picked up some free pad sponsorship from lizard skins thou 2pure. :D

ah right ok and heres me trying like hell to sorce one lol ah well may as well make use if ther free ;)
