Good choice of dates and should be OK for all bar one when we're at Bideford for a SW Regional. Obviously if we get to move to Cornwall when we hope to then we get overtaken by events. Well done and bring it on. Humps

me sam and tony will be going

Can you give the bike for the raffle straight to the 796 family as that'll save everyone else wasting money on tickets. :LolLolLolLol:
Good luck with the series though, I look forward to seeing a new OS champ crowned this year. ;)

Is your girlfriend going to race as well Si?
If she does I may be able to talk mine into it as well which would mean I could come as well. :LolLolLolLol:
-
so if magoos injuried who going to be the guy to beat :'(
-
Well it could be very close this year.
I think you have to rule out Neil for the championship due to his Knee issue. Your very good Kev. Mr Rusty is well on form and very hard to beat. Darren Boughton is also very, very hard to beat. Then there's the mid field that is going to be very competitive as well so any of them could make an A final and upset the apple cart.
It's almost tempting to come back and do a whole season just to add another into the mix. :LolLolLolLol:

i guess i better get trim.Ive got all the kit,the bikes nearly done. ooh er missus!

Chris your my favourite for the championship this year. DO NOT LET ME DOWN. :LolLolLolLol:

Can do 5 of the 6....

Great to see you are all up for it. Reading a few threads lately I did wonder about the O/S, must have been the weather! Looks like a few of the other halves are going for it in the ladies class, this could be big in numbers this year, a couple of girls at work that did the postie race are already pencilled in.
So who will take the title in 09, will Zippy make it three on the trot (he says he wont make it, but we are not falling for the mind games >:D). Mr Rusty looks like he will be back in action for most of the series and will be a serious contender for a series he is yet to win!.
Will Darren Boughton win back the title he won back in 2005, and will Wolfy dig out his O/S machine to claim the series he won in 06.
2008 runner up Mr Magoo will also be in the mix, hopefully back to 100% full fitness. Third place in 2008 was very close with not much seperating Fiolas Love child, Sam Wonfor and The Crooch.

I actually can't make the first 4 rounds but I'll try and dust off the Robbo for the final 2 rounds if I can make them.
I think the class will be very close this year with Rusty coming out on top. Magoo won't be a contender this year due to his Knee operation that will put him out for at least 3 months.
Big Kev will be in for a chance as will Crooch.

i'll try my best to get to the first one, as it's the day after my birthday :daumenhoch:
-
sadly my ligament graft wont be fully taken for me to ride the first three, the second three, depends on how my recovery process is, could be three months, to ride...with a matchstick left leg, could be 12 months????
only time will tell, i'm hoping for 3 months, wife tells me it WILL be 12 :2gunsfiring_v1:
worst case scenario...physio programme states 12 months before starting to build back to full pre-injury strength, that could take a further 3 to 6 months............18 MONTHS!!!!!! :'(

Just a bump to say that pre registration for Old Skool racing will continue here on radbmx.co.uk leading up to each meeting. Pre reg for the first round will start up here on Monday 6th April, that will give riders two weeks to get themselves sorted for race one on SUNDAY 19TH APRIL.
However the points list will only appear on www.hersdenbmx.co.uk or at the track on race days. Access to the site is by registration only,(you will have to wait for me to activate you) so you guys need to get yourselves on board if you have not already done so. :knuppel2:

2 questions;
Is this the address: Hersden Youth Centre, The Avenue, Hersden, Canterbury CT3 4HX?
And number 2, do you have to pre-register (for old school). or can you just turn up on the day and race?
Cheers in advance!
-
dunno about the post code, but address looks good, and yes pre registration on here, in this section, usually starts about a week prior, so watch out for threads started by TK the Mic :daumenhoch:

Cheers dude! :coolsmiley:
