the reason i asked the q   is  i know the rims are laced wider on the rear and more centeral on front
i have been offered a front rim part ex  but need a rear rearly  didnt know if the whole thing was a tad narrower
or should i wait and just get a rear

2 diff. rims

2 diff brakes (chain stay or seat stay, with a gnat's chuff between them, I run a CS on my SS in protest)

a bashguard that fits one frame only :wtf:

probably the originators of the low toptube squished triangles on NS frames
