Title: End caps?

Is there anything available to replace the end caps in shimano or victor dx's? I dont need the real deal-just want something to keep crap out? Would a grommet do?

i used to know someone who had a coin in ht eend of his pedal cant remeber what coin it was but it looked pretty cool

Fuzzynod Mark had some nice alloy ones engineered by a friend of his - they screw in and look the nuts!!!
