what  year  and  model  is  this  ............. i am  thinking  some  1985  bike

It's a 1984 manufactured frame (F=Formosa, 4=1984), UK spec 1st Generation Viper. :daumenhoch:

Haven't a clue what the forks are though, sure someone will be able to tell you.

Forks look to be Tange ARX or ARX copies (Landar did these and so did Akisu), can't tell as unable to see the welding that clearly.
