i pulled out a copy of dig at random this morning, a 2001 issue with paul buchanan on the cover, and a "why do you ride" theme?
there was a letter from coventry. was it you laz?
(i'm too lazy to go upstairs and find out)
anyone else ever have a letter in a mag?
i found a letter from george french in another dig slagging off my "it's gone a little boring" KOC article. How was he to know I was hungover to hell when i went?????? jeez.
the best letters page feedback i got in dig though was from some guy claiming i was spreading homophobic propaganda by describing fmx as "gay" in an urban games article. bleeding fudge packer........

EDIT I JUST WENT AND BRUSHED MY TEETH AND LOOKED AT MAG oh yeah it was BIG TONY from coventry (i really am not going back to the bog to check) are you not a BIG TONY laz? damn i can't remember.. ah yes it all comes clear, i thought it was you as it mentioned you went to the rampage 10 year anniversary jam in the letter. ttfn
is this a PM matter?? may as well post here to get more mid school postings!

i might as well reply to myself
i had a letter published in ride as
"LC Carambano" in which i used the term "wigger from sheffield" in no way related at our G. By christ his reply letter was amazing.. in the same issue stu king sent a letter in as Roberico Muniche.. both were very uncomplementary about Ride UK (in like 95ish when it suuuuuuucked) and there was endless letters from 14 year old hardcorz slagging these 2 legendary noms de plume for a good while after.
aahh is anyone there? sod you. i am going to the pub for a quiz. imagine if they had a midschool bmx round, i'd cream them all!

I gotta join in, can't bear to watch you talk to yourself.
but no I never got a letter in, but Steve "kendo" Kennedy won his DP freestyler GL in a comp and also some other stuff in a mag comp and got his pic in.
(he openly admits his mum entered for him)

I had a couple of letter in the early Rides and one in Invert I think.
I also had one in CLub magazine. You know, the naughty magazine. My mate andI were working for a plumber ripping up floorboards, and found an issue of CLub magazine fom about 1973. We sent it to CLub International and they printed the letter, and then said " we'd like to reward steve and James for this by setting them up with our centrefold model... from that issue!"
