CANT BELIEVE HOW THIS RIDES,,,ITS AMAZIN,,STEERIN IS SO PRECISE AND WHEN ITS JUMPED IT IS BEUATIFULLY BALANCED

yep that fusion post os of the right era - the frame is 1990/91, asn fusion posts like that were on the Haro 91 bikes.
