Title: Anyone know anything about this Falcon?
Post by: ATL on February 27, 2009, 11:55 AM: Ok so i built this Falcon Prostyler up from a survivor (barely surviving) complete strip down and repowder, all is original at the moment except the white tyres it originally had black, oh and the laid back seat post was straight.

The guy i bought it off reckoned it was fom 84-86 it has built in stunt pegs and i have never seen another one like it! Nobody has ever commented it on here either! Is it uber common or rocking horse $hit?

Just had a quick google and found a post on BMX museum, and it turns out alt of companies used the same frame design in the 80s, some were branded Meteorlite in the UK but i cant find any reference to Falcon using them, so im gathering that it is pretty rare!
Wish id taken a note of the frame number before getting it repowdered!

And yes it looks to me that Falcon made changes to the front standers, as they are lower than the pics iv managed to find!

Post by: HEYWOOD BMX on February 27, 2009, 01:12 PM: :) I had 2 of the Meteorlites BITD.Both forks were LG copies,but the standers were in different places & also had black plastic covers.The framesets were also sold under the Minerva & Rainbow brands.The Falcon frames have a welded on seatclamp & the Meteorlites don`t...

So am i right in guessing this is the only one on the forum? Or in existence lol

Del already has a copy of the Decals if you want them, he done a brill job from the rough scans i sent him.

Were did you get yours from? Bet you werent ripped off £150 for yours lol

Looks like its been changed a fair bit, skyways, different seatpost and different bars?
