Title: SUPERGOOSE BMX PRODUCTS ?

Has anyone got any info. regarding these grips ?

They are an early 80's OAKLEY 3 copy - with 'SUPERGOOSE BMX PRODUCTS' stamped on them.
The  m o n g o o s e  logo is stamped on the ends.

Is this an authenic  m o n g o o s e  product ?
Did they come fitted on a SUPERGOOSE of any era ?

Any info would be very much appreciated...

i dont remember these being fitted on supergooses as far as i can remember they only had team mongoose grips fitted all the old pics i have also have the team grips fitted

I have never seen those before, and I always used to drool over Supergooses/geeses/geese DOH!

I asked if anyone has ever seen them over in the US.

- The US guys seem to think that it was a UK (only) production.

I wonder if a NOS pair might turn up ?    Maybe in BLUE or RED - although another pair of YELLOW would be great !

these grip's
                 came on my friend's yellow mongoose .
            he got it in 81 it had motomag's gold renthal bars
            and post gold stem and mongoose snake-belly
            tyres in yellow. i had a better bike but this was much
            better looking. my local bmx shop sold lot's of mongoose
            stuff and also these grips as an ofter market product.
            sure 78-81 very rare i had to get oakley for my goose.

There are a crappy set of bars on evilbay at the mo,which have a set of those grips on them in black!
