Title: 20 x 1 3/8 details

looking at buying some 20 x 1 3/8 UKAIS wheels. just need to know the measurement from the center of the axel to the center of the rim face. just working out what rear caliper i need. any help would be great  :daumenhoch:

depends on what frame fork combo your using, but a short reach caliper is needed for sure. i have a few, weinman and shimano 60 and 50 mm reach. look at some mini's in the museum

ok, im using a dp firebird, i know the details on the caliper so just need the measurement of the wheels, that way i can work out if they will be ok

46cm outside edge diameter. so i guess 22cn from axle centre to brake block centre.

nice one, looks like the caliper isn't going to reach. i know at the most the caliper has a reach of 60mm and this would mean the axel will be butted right up into the rear dropout. so i need a longer caliper, around 80mm.
this is with the axel being fitted around the center of the dropout.
