Went out today on my Haro cruiser with my new 'cycle computer' fixed to the bars.I got 34.7 mph down a hill without pedaling and knobbly tyres- not bad I thought. I had to crouch down low and looked stupid but it was a laff. The missus followed with her brakes on most of the way down.Puff.
All I need now is slik tires and a spandex suit. Might try it next on my 20" with khe's on....
How fast have you been and measured on a bicycle

Ian Cation hit over 70mph on his mtb, needed a massive front ring, the lads a looooon :idiot2:
P.S. There a gate halfway down so make sure its open first ;)

This drop into Westerdale is good for about 60mph (according to my speedo) on an MTB and you get airborne too :)

My fastest on a BMX is probably about 40mph.
