I couldn't get hold of Pematex either, so I went to my local car body paint supply shop and bought some of their industrial chemical paint stripper.  It removes anything and is used in exactly the same way as Nitromors, takes about 20 mins to start working and off comes paint or powder.

It cost me £20 for 5 litres.

 I recently stripped some powdercoated forks.Couldn`t get Pernmatex,so used some generic cheap stuff £3 a tin & it worked a treat.Reckon you`d need a 2 or 3 tins for a frame though.

LOCTITE is the one boys.....

Never used Permatex but used others and LOCTITE was the best without a shadow.

Get it off the bay. ;) £4.
