Title: Most popular colours?
Post by: dannywhiteley on March 14, 2009, 08:26 AM: What are the most popular and sought after colours for BMX parts? I imagine black, but also blue, red etc. Gold doesnt interest me, but I always see good prices for nice gold bits.

Suppose its what you building in some cases, but not always. I like blue and red particularly, but wondered how they sat in the grand scheme?

Lets talk about DC MX hinged clamps and MX1000 calipers as a good reference point for prices and availability.

Is black the most sought after (hence valuable)?

You reckon :shocked: I think a black kashi aero would out-sell a colured one any day of the week :-X

Post by: meticulous on March 15, 2009, 08:10 AM: tyres and seat yes, black is probably more desirable, but anodised componants that you was taking about in your first post i would say gold/red/ amd blue would be more desiable than black....
