Title: out of stock so why not tell me then!!

gotta say i got the hump over the last few weeks ive bought loadsa stuff for my new bike and new clothing all recieved ok except a couple of things chain tensioners and a helmet and a new kit for my boy
after waiting and being told the chain tensioners are on there way over 3 weeks later still nothing waiting on back order :knuppel2:
on ordering my new helmet and getting an email saying estimated despatch is thursday i check online the status of my order and its out of stock  :wtf:
and they always come in threes order the boys new race kit all in stock then get a phone call we havent got it   :Aresehole:

why do certain sites take your money say its all in stock then this

you could say im fooked off a bit  :rant:

It's mostly caused by the shop point of sale and the website not being linked up to a stock management system, it's fooking annoying; if you're going to sell online link it all up FFS!

yep they are profile chain tensioners supposedly being shipped straight from manafacturer to me so im told now

I had the same with some forks from alans took my money all fine evn payed for next day delivery. I recieved an email saying they would ship in the morning if i hadnt recieved them within a week to contact them. I waited 10 days and emailed them to find out what was going off,i was told they werent in stock so would ship straight from s&m in the us. I was told this would be in around another 7-10 days before i recieved them. Anyway 3 weeks later still no forks so i asked for my money back 3 days later they emailed  back saying they had sent my money back to the back but would take 4-10 days to appear.

I basically lent alans £130 for 6 weeks lol.
