Title: Postage to America

I am guessing this topic has been brought up before but i am in need of some postage advice to the states. 
I am sending some of my old skool BMX bits over to my cousin over there, in a large box weighing approx 4-5kg.  Can anyone plese advise on costs and recommend a good company to ship with, such as DHL etc and how i go about doing it.
