Title: Floval Headset Help

My headset on my NS floval seems a bit clunky and I was thinking of replacing it. It's one of these internal one's though and I have not got a clue on what I need to buy. Can anyone tell me what I need, any recommendations, links etc.....

yes we have these in stock various quality from loose ball to top of the range sealed bearing
