Here we go  8) Got new bolts drilled out centre on the big one 4 wedge bolt, then off 2 the chromers  ;) Next filed up repair then wet and dry down through the grades and numb fingers  :LolLolLolLol: . A buff and a polish later bling bling. Then fitted the new stainless quill and new chrome bolts + stainless cap screws  :daumenhoch: Heres the result so chuffed with this cos it was scrap when I got it  :smitten:

Job well done :daumenhoch:
How does the quill fit to the head. Is it just a interference fit and pressed in?
