Title: How much to Mint Gen1 Haros go for? *(pics added)* *(Serial # added)*
Post by: SaMAlex on March 20, 2009, 09:31 AM: A mate of mine has a MINT Gen1 Haro Freestyler. He has got Haro frame, Haro forks and Haro Vector bars, all freshly rechromed and ready for the repro decals (that he has got) to be put on. He's been working on this build for ages but is now thinking of selling it all. He asked me what kind of price he might get but I dont know. I dont have much interest in 80s bikes.

I really is Mint. Its been restored, but it would pass for NOS. Any ideas of value?

Post by: JAY on March 20, 2009, 09:48 AM: Seen them go for all sorts of prices recently,anywhere between £600-£1000 nearly,I'd be looking for around £800 for a re-chromed,£150-180. for vectors seem to the price for bars,but depends on condition.Just my estimate though could be off here as i haven't been looking that much lately.....

£850+ on here for mates rates? ;)

Post by: adenough on April 01, 2009, 06:10 PM: its an obvious fake!! you can tell easily.....the chainstays (from the pic) are .005 degrees acute compared to the original, plus the head angle is .0003465 degrees out too, so id say in my humble opinion , that, it realley isnt worth that much. but i know a man................................. >:D
