Title: Old boys bike advice
Post by: paul_harrow_mid80s on March 30, 2009, 10:48 PM
Ok so I think I am going to take the plunge buy a new school bike and start having a roll around so here is the question what bike do peeps think I should get . Don't want to spend a fortune and be an forgiving allrounder that maybe I could park, street trails if I even get any skills back

So I have come up with the following:

http://www.evanscycles.com/products/wethepeople/reason-2009-bmx-bike-ec016412
http://www.evanscycles.com/products/kink/gap-2009-bmx-bike-ec016735
http://www.radbmxshop.co.uk/shop/article_239.001/FIT-PRK-2-2009.html'shop_param=cid%3D39%26aid%3D239.001%26
http://www.radbmxshop.co.uk/shop/article_285.001/Verde-Vex-2009.html'shop_param=cid%3D39%26aid%3D285.001%26

http://www.winstanleysbmx.com/product/14363/Verde_Radia_Bike_2008

Any suggestions/recommendations? What am I looking for? Also bikes seems so heavy nowadays.

My advise would be not to buy fook all from Winstanleys if you want it within the next 3 months  :knuppel2:

Give Stodgy a ring at the shop and see what he`s got on special offer, not all of the stock is on the web site so he may have something even better value for your money  :daumenhoch:

fair enough and thanks for the tip off.

I wasn't saying I was going to buy from those sites just using them to show the bikes
