Title: Random request of the day... Anyone near Germany?

Hi.

Might be a bit random, and almost desperate even.. 

I am trying to purchase a BMX from Germany, unfortunately the guy selling, will only allow for collection, and not shipment of the item.

The item is in Stadtoldendorf, near Hannover...

Is there any fellow Radster that either lives in that area of Germany, or has friends or family that might help a fellow Obsessive out?  I would need someone to collect the bike and package it for posting, or even better bring it back with them...

It's a long shot but thought i'd ask the question.  Desperation is a tormenting thing...

BTW...  I have 6 days to resolve my problem... 

I have considered driving the 600 miles...  Still might.

can you not get a courier to pick it up from him? ???
