Neil, great job fella.
I could not help but have a little snigger at the error you made, as I have done the same in the past;
Cutting a wheelset down, through the spokes, without removing the freewheel first. They are a right biatch to get off afterwards, without the rim to use as leverage!
Looks like you managed though, well done mate.

ad  i  wanted  to  stab  myself   when  i  was  trying  to  split  the  freewheel  .  it was  because   the  sink  was  full of  caustic  and  i  only  had  1  tub  of  it  left  . the  tub  that  was  in  the  sink  and  i  had  bought a  tool  to  split  the  freewhell  but  it  was   3  days  delivery  so  i  just  went  for  it   . never  again  tho  it  took  me  and  my  brother  and  some  old  vice   nearly  half  hour  to  split  it    :'(     :'(      :'(       :'(

It's been suggested before in jokes but you should think about offering a polishing resto service for those Radsters who either haven't got the patience/ability/kit/time etc - sure you'd get a fair bit of trade mate & get the hobby to pay for the hobby  :LolLolLolLol:  ???
