just got some z rims , i'm gonna get some large flange suzue hubs , what size spokes do i need ?  :)

Bugger - I've just bought 194mm spokes for 20" Araya's with low flange suntour hubs.

Going by the chart below, but these are the wrong ones, but on the Ebay auction they are listed as suitable for 20" 4 cross laced to a small hub. What is four cross laced and will this be right for my laserlite on Araya 7X's??

Sorry, never laced a wheel before so I'm totally lost on this.
