Title: gap in my headset help!
Post by: Adecee on April 09, 2009, 08:43 PM
Fitted this MX headset to my DB SS, however there is a small gap between cup and nut, it seems the nut will not screw down flush!

Anyone help on this? Cheers.

looks fine to me
the nut and the race are one piece so as long as theres no free play you will have a gap, they do not sit flush when fully tight
if youve got free play still then something is not right
