I dont think they are to be honest, :-\ I have a set of early hutch pro bars on my pre serial hutch. the bottom of the bars were the stem goes is to squared and flat if you get my drift, early pro bars are more rounded if you look on the link to martins.
Here are mine, original chrome and decal. look at the bottom of the bars, there is more of a sweep to the stem position.

I would say yours are newer then the early pro bars, sorry
