Title: 25th Anniversary TA - Bored of Waiting

 :rant:Am I the only one fed up with waiting for some news on their 25th Anniversary TA F&F?

Got confirmation I was on the list a year ago, paid my deposit as requested and then...












................................nothing.

No updates apart from the occasional ones on the coloredtuffs website. Apparently the second batch will be completed soon. So that'll be the same update since the beginning of the year, just another month later than the last!

Chased a few times and guess what.......................................................................




















..................nothing.

So what do I do? Ask for my deposit back and loose shed loads on the exchange rate and the chance to have my dream F&F, or keep waiting, and chasing, and waiting, on the off chance that Ed looks at his emails, and then pay a hefty balance (again due to the exchange rate).

Is it worth it?

think you have done 95% of the waiting so i would wait a bit more.....    ;)

Exactly.  With a £50 powder job abd a set of £20 decals you got a mint sub £350 original 80's TA.

I put a thread up last month asking if anybody had heard from Ed. He replied himself and promised they'd be ready for shipping by the end of April so hang in there fella. Guys - not so easy to forget about it when you've put a ton down already in deposit. That's not easy money just now for a lot of people  ???

I agree, Ed is shocking when it comes to communication. I was gunna grab one for my son but then gave up.

Go the route of getting an original, I got mine from the US for peanuts even with a crap echange rate, real 80's wonderment, money can buy hapineess.

The anniversary ones don't even have the cut out's on the front forks....Look a little pony to me!

Thanks for the feedback guys. If I don't here anything in the next couple of weeks I think I'm gonna try and get my deposit back. It was made by paypal so if Ed gets a bit funny then I think I'm covered by them.

Then I can set about getting an original one.

i'd hold on mate i'm sure ed will come through in the end.  i had to wait months for some tuffs that he was sorting out for me but he made good and delivered the goods .
