Title: Mini-Burner - Question for the Raleigh boys
Post by: James Nada on April 27, 2009, 10:32 AM
Hi,

I'm on the lookout for a mini/pit bike for my daughter and would love a MityGoose.  Unfortunatley funding is more mini-burner.

I think I may have found a knackered old mini-burner.

This one isn't stickered up and has been spray painted. It has a looptail and no gusset.  If memory serves mini-burners had either a looptail and gusset or neither looptail or gusset.

Can anyone quickly fill me in on Mini-Burner basics?

Cheers

Its most likely one of these...

Raleigh did a few variations of the MK1 Mini Burner without the 2 Hole Gussett.

The Styler 16... the  B.M.X. 16... the Raider and possibly another.

Thanks for that :daumenhoch:

I guess they're not too desirable?  Could make a good ride for my daughter though.

Not the most sought after bike but ideal for a little un' or a pit bike...
