Title: NEW REPOP HUTCH PEDALS - WHO HAS THEM & WHAT D' YA THINK?
Post by: baldbmxer on May 11, 2009, 08:56 AM
What are you're opinions of the new Hutch Pedals?

Good? Bad? Happy? Unhappy?

Do you use them for show or as riders?

i have no problem with them. they are just like the profile re-pop cranks , re-pop 1" landing gear etc , as long as they can easily be distinguished from the originals then why not .

I've used them on my Schofield Replica... and they look 'ok'...

I simply couldn't afford the real deal at the moment so went with these for now, hoping to upgrade the bike as the year progresses... :daumenhoch:

Mine are going a Hutch pro-Racer show bike - to be honest I've never owned a pair of orginal Hutch pedals so I can't compare them, but as a pair of pedals they seem solid, look proper and at £130 delivered from the states (when you take in to account duty) not bad at all.

I am happy with mine and with the service I got from the 'new Hutch' bods.

JJ, I got a set and they are as good/bad as the originals.  Spindles look like they will snap as easily but details and quality about the same.

Put mine on the zeronine, sweet enough....
