I use 184mm for 3 cross on large flange hubs ( unless its Araya Aeros ) :)
Listen to the Plinkmeister ;)
-
cheers boys, i think i'll pay someone to build 'em ;)
-
sorry for the thread jack , but i also have a spoke question. i have some araya's 1.5 and want to lace to high flange suzue hubs , do i need 184's aswell ?
-
Never done 1.5's Mick
but the nipples are in the centre , so the width of the rim shouldn't matter
as long as they aren't aero's they should be same
1 3/8's (sew ins ) will be different as I don't think they are a true 20" wheel

There are some good online spoke calculators where you enter your own rim/hub measurements and it gives you the correct spoke size.
Many have common hubs/rims listed but more mtb than bmx.

good point there dubber , cheers :daumenhoch:
