Title: probably dumb ?

i noticed on the os race series picks just about every one wears a full face helmet is this a requirement? i ask because the last time i rode with a hemet on i didn't seem to have any luck, never realy rode with any sort of helmet, that first time it just threw me completely of, is that normal? i take it you soon adjust?

cheers glen i thought it might be to do with HSE , it was a full face not heavy but felt like it was, went down like the preverbial sack of sh**  on the berm  :LolLolLolLol:

I was glad of my Full Face Helmet at Bradford when I went over the handle bars on the 1st bump and faceplanted the transition of the first doubles.

A mouth full of gravel that was sprayed into my face when I ploughed a furrow with my chin guard and Split Visor.  But no scuffage to my ugly mug!!  :crazy2:
