What is this
http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/pmx/7598
I,ve just got one in chrome with akisu forks
Is it worth cleaning the rust off or not :LolLolLolLol:
-
Dunno anything specific about your find but I would...altho I've just spent days stripping and de-rusting one that I'm scared to even post on here and I have a nagging suspicion its a JJB special :idiot2:
If it passes the finger nail 'ping' test and the welds look good then thats enough for me :LolLolLolLol:

Had a feeling you may have jumped on that one Gaz.. Not a bad looking frame.. Is it heavy??
-
i had one like that and was made by akisu and had saxon stickers on it ,cheap old bike
-
:) Sounds correct to me.A mate of mine still has his old Saxon from BITD and also his brothers frame, exacto like the Saxon and still has the PMX stickers on.
-
gaz i think you must be dyslexic mate thats a pmx we only do bmx on here >:D
-
When i got off the guy today and he told me that he had been told it was a PMX :2funny:
I almost wet my self
Thought someone on here had maybe told him that
Or its POS
I like the gusset if nowt else :LolLolLolLol:
-
Theres nothing wrong with my Akisu made frame and forks on my ironing board awaiting my attention - a Diamond Back Pacer 500.
Cro mo front triangle, same geometry and design as a silver streak, but with a smaller front gusset.
How many people did Akisu actually make frames for orther than DB?
