Title: TUFF II RESTORATION HELP.
Post by: Why isnt this working on June 13, 2009, 09:41 AM
Morning all.

I have just purchaced a set of very good condition black tuffs from the gay pensioner ( Many thanks Glen ), but they show some break pad wear around the rims. Is there any way of removing this i.e Scraping with a stanley blade ???. Also whats the best thing for blinging them up with. I've heard some of you saying something about silicone spray????

Many thanks.

Stanley blade or 800g wet and dry works a treat.  WD40 will bring them up a treat too, I think silicone spray will but have never used it  :daumenhoch:.  Also, giving a run through the dishwasher before the WD40 or whatever you;re going to use also helps a treat  :daumenhoch:.
