Title: PRO CLASS WHEELS

IS THERE A WAY TO GET THESE MARKS OF THE RIMS, TRIED USING LEMSOLVE THEN AUTOSOL BETTER THAN THEY WERE BUT STILL NOT HAPPY.

re-chrome is the only way to save them bud i'm afraid

They look like they could be steel pro-class them mate  :-\ If they are then bigfrawg is right - re-chrome is your only solution.
If they were alloy you could go throught the wet n dry grades and polish to a shine  8)

yup, them be steels........ what you see is brake rub through the chrome, exposing the nickel then the steel. The chrome wont discolour,neither will the nickel,so what you see is oxidation where its gone through to the steel...

you could get em powdered as well for another option to a rechrome.
