I have noticed that my standard sized seatposts (Elina UL, cougar 300, burner mk2) are too loose.... Did the MT Silverfox's have a larger diameter post? - the post I unstuck was fluted, does that make a difference?
This is the same frame I have for sale but might end up keeping it...
Cheers

Just finishing restoring one of these and my seatpost is defo 22.2mm , the Elina UL with fibreglass post i am using is 20.5 so i had to use the supplied shim to take it to 22.2. My Fox is 83/84ish :-\
Mine originally did have a fluted post and this to was 22.2 :daumenhoch:

Cheers, mine did have a fluted post which was stuck, but came out pretty easy, maybe all the posts I have are small diameter, but I am sure the burner post is 22.2... I will hav to do some measurements..
