Title: Rebel Freestyler build done (for 5 minutes...)
Post by: dannywhiteley on June 26, 2009, 08:46 PM
Picked this frame and forks up in a swap with Phil Sawzall for my Rebel cruiser.  Originally had no intention of building it, but had a few black bits and well, you know one thing leads to another.

Was gonna keep it built, but not really got space for 4 bmx's, and also wanted a road bike for the summer, so despite only building it in the last week (was just short on pedals) decided to spilt it.

Gonna keep the frame/forks/bars and post for now, but all the other bits are for sale.

p.s. Got a road bike... ;)

Anyway, quick breakdown:

Rebel 531 Freestlyer frame n forks
Rebel 531 Xpert bars
Rebel 531 post
Alloy hubbed Tuffs
Kenda whitewalls
901 brakeset
A'me grips
DK inverted stem
Hutch clamp
Kashi Super seat
Sugino 1pc with polished power disc, black Tuf Neck chainwheel
Izumi crank
Invisible pedals

Yeah, I agree but it was never my intention to build a fourth keeper and this was only put together cos I already had half the parts.

Frame and forks + bars and post may be up for sale soon, as i'll only be tempted to buy bits for it and I promised the missus I am finished now.

The bike is coming to bits later.  Most of it has been sold (including the frame/forks/bars/post)... sorry Phil...

Shame, but it was great whileit lasted (about a week all in :LolLolLolLol: )
