Can anyone help with this, including pics if possible?  I was told you could do it without resorting to drilling, but as far as I can see you cant. :(

And would I need one of these to replace the quick release thingy?

you dont have to drill a mx1000 out so dont see why you should have to drill a 901, show us a pic of a 901

Hi,

The quick release is riverted on, so you would have to drill this out.

You need to check to see if the brake arm clears the bike frame as it looks a little high to me, and i had the
freestyle set which was a 901 for the rear and a FS 880 for the front.

I'm with Adeshere on this one!!

The 901 & 880 is the way to go!!

The 901 arm on the front will probably be too high anyway!!  :-\

Thanks both.

With the weinmann adjuster on the bottom the bars will spin ok. Perhaps that's one advantage the Torker gives me being a 5" head tube  :D

Having said that I am now doubting myself and will double check tonite...  :daumenhoch:

Youll end up snapping it like i did, unless you give it a slow trial run first.
