Title: Using 'standard' axle kits on Skyway Tuff's
Post by: ruff n tuff on July 07, 2009, 08:47 AM
Can I use a standard 3/8" axle and cone kit (Non-Skyway) on Tuff IIs?

I can't see any difference between them if all I want to do is replace the axle and cones?

Cheers

I've never done it myself but i've just taken delivery of a pair of alloy hubbed tuffs & they seem to have a standard(non skyway) replacement axle on the front & it seems to work fine, although i havnt ridden the wheels yet  :LolLolLolLol:

Is there any info on where to get these from, I've got a set of skyways which have had everything stripped from them so will need to get some

Cheers
