What would you recommend Fit FAF kevlar or Shadow Undertaker Kevlar - this is for the front, so I want 2.25
I do a fair amount of commuting from A to B so which ever lasts longer
-
Revenge Kevlar :daumenhoch:
(if you like a smooth street/ramp tyre)

Sorry for the hijack Glen,
I'm looking to buy new tyres soon, Fit FAF's or KHE premium street tyres?
Cheers
-
FIT FAF all day long Robbo! They hold their shape even with 100psi in (i.e. keep the stated width)
The KHE are lighter, but tend to pinch flat and puncture easier.
If you want a grippy long lasting tyre though, go for the Federal Traction - awesome in both wire and kevlar and can be used for everything from dirt to park.
The Revenge are awesome for wood and park - grippy as hell and light.

Hey Stodgy, funnily enough I'm looking at buying these through you, I'll log into the rad shop tonight and have a look.
What tyre size would you recommend, I was thinking 20"x2.1" for front and rear but heard running a narrower rear is a good thing??
Cheers :daumenhoch:

You can run what ever feels good to you.
I run a 2.25 up front and a 2.1 at the rear. But 2.1 up front and a 1.95 on the rear suits most old schoolers.
A lot of the new school kids will try and run 2.3 both ends.
:daumenhoch:
I'll have them all at MK09 - so come have a butchers!

rob 2 fattys feels better ive always run em like that lol
