-
what year would that bike bike be then with those brakes on it ?.
-
Man thos ebikes were way aheah of their time (from about 82ish?) never saw one in the UK though.
Nice choice of parts as ever, well done that yank.
-
nice to see something different, nice build :coolsmiley:
-
were they made by VDC?
-
About 80-81 or so. Not made by VDC.
RRS (Riverside Redlands Schwinn) were way ahead of their time. They came out with the first 24" cruiser while everyone else was running 26" The RRS also had vertical dropouts, and an eccentric bottom bracket

nice build :coolsmiley:

sweet build rick, like them forks and the track hubs. Are they record or c-record. them c-records are pretty sought after in the states by the old school track/road guys.
-
They are regular track Records. The C-Records came out later. However, I'm working on a build which will have a set of 28 hole C-Records. they are the best looking hubs in the world in my opinion.
-
That bike looks so simple? but its got everything going on! 8) very nice buddy :daumenhoch:
-
i have a bloke here that has a whole shed full of them but he aint parting with a set, got loads of dura ace, strada, and 600's off him and he has loads of record hubs i can have high and low flange, but the c-records are the bees knees and he is holding on tight. :'(
