Does anyone know what the smallest size chainring that Sugino, Suntour, Tuff/Pro neck made??

Not sure but I've got a 38T Suntour Chainring.

I've seen a few 39's, Looking for a 36 for a 16 inch bike.

Im sure 38/39 was the lowest they done :-\
